Dust off your boots, grab your favorite hat, and join us for an unforgettable evening under the stars at the Pioneer Florida Museum & Village. The Cracker Cowboy Dinner is a lively fundraising event celebrating Florida heritage, community, and good old-fashioned hospitality.
Guests will enjoy a delicious grilled steak or chicken dinner, cocktails, live entertainment, and plenty of dancing in a charming outdoor setting. As the sun sets, the museum grounds come alive with music, laughter, and the spirit of old Florida.
We are thrilled to welcome Hayfire Band, a Florida-based country band known for their high-energy performances and outstanding vocals. With a modern take on southern harmonies and nearly a century of combined experience, Hayfire has been voted Orlando Weekly’s “Best Cover Band” six years in a row. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy an intimate performance right here in Dade City.
Adding to the excitement, Pharaoh’s Wildlife Kingdom will be on site with live alligators and other special surprises, offering unique photo opportunities throughout the evening.
This event supports the Pioneer Florida Museum & Village, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the preservation and education of Florida’s rich history. Proceeds from dinner tickets, VIP tables, auctions, raffles, and a thrilling 50/50 drawing directly benefit the museum’s mission and programs.
Individual tickets, VIP tables, and sponsorship opportunities are available through our website Pioneer Florida Museum, Dade City, Florida.
