Cottee River Brewing Company
The Pithlachascotee River served as inspiration for the interior design of Cottee River Brewing Company. Historic photos line the walls showing the evolution of how visitors and locals alike have enjoyed time on the river over the years. Competing textures of wood and rustic metal set the tone for the laid back, outdoorsy vibe of the brewery.
What makes Cotee River Brewing Company unique are the ingredients Head Brewer, Bryan Hackman, puts into his beer. Just around the corner from the brewery sits his wife’s business, White Heron Tea Room & Gifts where she serves traditional English tea and offers her own tea blends. Bryan took inspiration from his wife’s tea business and has included her one of a kind tea blends into his brews like the Market Fresh Wheat Ale. Be sure to try it next time you visit.
Liquid Garage Co.
Formed by friends who all shared a love of beer, Liquid Garage offers an industrial setting filled with automotive inspiration. The beer is a delicious addition to the fun atmosphere. We recommend seeing if you can spot a license plate from all 50 states.
While there, enjoy a diverse array of craft brews like their cider, Zombie Killer or Two Penny Porter. They also offer a nice outdoor green space and front porch sitting where you can relax and enjoy the sun, air, or hang out with your pet.
Infusion Brewing Co.
Infusion Brewing Co. has moved from Trinity to downtown New Port Richey in the new food court concept, The Commons on Grand (COG). The COG used to be the Post Office for New Port Richey and remanence of it’s former inhibitors can still be seen-from the terrazzo floors to the original P.O. Boxes.
Just a short walk from Sims Park and the soon to open Hacienda Hotel, Infusion Brewing will share a space with an ice cream parlor and pizza joint providing something for the whole family to enjoy! This brewery features a wide variety of IPAs — like their signature, Double Raspberry Jalapeño.
Escape Brewing Company
Escape Brewing Company, which is located in a plaza in Trinity, has a distinct industrial vibe to it. Step aside and you’ll be welcomed by beautiful artwork on the walls by V. Steiner, a local artist. Her work may also be found on several of the brewery’s cans. Escape is an ideal brewery to escape to with over 10 beers (plus seasonal brews) to choose from, including The Other West Coast IPA (Gold Medal 2016 Best Beer of Florida), Goofy Footed Wheat Ale, 880 Red Ale, and Chocolate Milky Love Milk Stout. If you’re unsure where to begin, talk to Kelly, a friendly face at Escape who will be more than delighted to help!

Big Storm Brewery
Big Storm Brewing Co is a great place to go if you’re looking for a casual place to eat and drink. With a diverse selection of beers and ales on tap, you’ll be able to discover exactly what you’re looking for. The tap room is adjacent to their brewing area so guests have an immersive experience. Barrels adorning the walls of their gift shop where visitors can take a piece of Big Storm Brewery home, like a cool new t-shirt.
To live up to their tagline of “Florida Craft Beer Forecast,” they’ve created Florida favorites like Tropic Pressure Golden Ale, steeped with hibiscus flowers, and Bromosa Tangerine IPA.
In The Loop Brewing
Sometimes, all you need is some fresh air and a cold drink. With a big backyard sitting area that overlooks a lake, In The Loop is the ideal spot for a slice of heaven. You may watch boats and tubers glide over the lake while sipping your beer on their dock. You can also sit inside on leather couches and take advantage of the air conditioning. It’s situated in an old residential house for an environment like no other. On weekends, they add live music and food trucks for an ideal outing.

Florida Ave Brewing Company
One of the state’s major family-owned breweries,. this location provides a wide range of amenities that anyone can take advantage of. A family may enjoy the wide seating area and arcade, a date can enjoy the pleasant weather in the outdoor sitting area, and a large group can use the private dining space. Florida Avenue Brewing goes beyond the taproom offering a full attraction experience.
With a hazy IPA called Luminesce and a light lager called Dead Parrot, their beer roster is just as diverse as their amenities. Whatever you’re looking for, Florida Ave Brewing Company is certain to have it.
Double Branch Artisanal Ales
The name Double Branch refers to the area’s history and the brewery has become a part of the fabric of the community in Wesley Chapel. The Double Branch brewery pays homage to the area’s moonshine stills and homebrews, which were popular in the 1920s.
With an outdoor beer garden, a food truck-style kitchen, and games, it really is the ideal gathering spot for friends and family! Enjoy a beer and a stroll around the surrounding plaza, which features activities such as axe throwing!
Dade City Brew House
In the heart of Downtown Dade City, this family-friendly venue offers craft beer and live entertainment. As you sit in the middle of Dade City, choose a seat outside and enjoy the quaint downtown surroundings. The beautiful open spacing of this brewhouse and the delicious craft beers make this brewhouse a local favorite. On a Friday night, you’ll witness families and their pets having a good time!
This huge brewery also serves food, including crowd-pleasing appetizers like warm pretzels and cheese from Känsept, a kitchen adjacent to the brewery. It’s the ideal spot for superb eats and beer, with anything from wings to exquisite salmon bowls.
Zephyrhills Brewing Company
A micro-brewery in Downtown , Zephyrhills. Zephyrhills Brewing Company is the perfect stop to enjoy amazing IPAs, lagers and stouts in a relaxing atmosphere. Several changes have occurred throughout the history of this location, including the removal of an old bank. Now out with the old and in with the new, they now have a hip environment with a pool table and an arcade room where you can have fun with your friends!
If you happen to be passing through, sample one of their unique brews, such as the Peppermint Chocolate Stout. They also have a changing assortment of food trucks if you become hungry while you’re there!
