Pasco County Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources Department aims to break the stigma associated with mental illnesses by hosting a “RECreate Your Mind” event at Sunwest Park on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 9AM-2PM.

Join them as they get outdoors and provide mental rejuvenation through the following:
• Kayaking
• Swimming
• Snorkeling
• Fishing
• Hiking
• Yoga
• Crafts
• Mental Health Awareness Resources

The registration fee is $5.00.

Ages 18 years old and up.
