Totally fun! I had an absolutely wonderful time. Staff is very friendly and helpful which you'll need at certain times. The difficulty ranges from a simple stroll above the forest floor to legit military style obstacle course high in the canopy. It's a challenge, it's fun, it's exercise, good exercise......
