Pasco County’s Plein Air Art Competition “Paint Out At Starkey Park”

Pasco’s Fine Art Council is looking forward to making this a wonderful experience for all artists who enjoy the outdoors and capturing its natural beauty.

Entry Guidelines:

There is a $35.00 non-refundable entry fee to participate in this competition.Preregistration is required and will be processed on a first come first serve basis. The application deadline is Friday, November 8th, 2019.

Categories:

Categories for competition will be professional & non-professional.

Awards:

Awards will be given for  Best of Show ; 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place, and Honorable Mention in each category. Only work painted at the park and previously stamped will be judged and exhibited.

Schedule of Event

December 4th – 2:00pm-5:00pm – Have all subtrate stamped. recieve welcome bag that will include a park map.

                            5:00pm-7:00pm – Welcome reception

December 5th-7th – Paint anytime you would like.

December 7th – 2:00pm-4:00pm – Deliver stamped and framed paintings to the educational center within the park for judging

December 8th- Art will be on display all day for the public. Awards will be given out at 4:00pm
