2019 Pasco Upcycle Arts & Drafts Festival

Come spend the day exploring the 2019 Pasco Upcycle & Art Festival! The purpose of this festival is to reduce waste by changing peoples’ perceptions of what can be salvaged into not only something useful, but often times a work of art. There will be numerous upcycle vendors with a wide variety of items.
