Florida’s Sports Coast Opens Application for 2026-2027 Marketing Matching Sponsorship Program

PASCO COUNTY, FL. (06/04/2026) – Florida’s Sports Coast, Pasco County’s Destination Management Organization,  is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 Marketing Matching Sponsorship Program (MMSP), offering event organizers valuable support to expand their marketing reach and attract new audiences to their festivals and special events in Pasco County. This application cycle opens once annually and is designed to facilitate and foster the growth of local festival and events within the county through supporting their marketing efforts to attract out of area visitors and generate an increased economic impact for our community. The program provides eligible events with up to $10,000 in matching funding as follows:

• Core Marketing Matching Sponsorship program: Up to $5,000.00
• Long-distance Promotions Incentive: Providing up to $2,000
• Room Night Generation Incentive: Offering up to $3,000

Requirements:

• Dollar-for-dollar match and/or in-kind goods
• Les fonds MMSP sont uniquement destinés aux dépenses de marketing liées à l'événement.
• Marketing dollars must be used to promote events for tourists outside Pasco County
