2026 Florida Loquat Festival

The 13th Annual Florida Loquat Festival returns to Sims Park in New Port Richey on Saturday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This unique event, the only loquat festival in the United States, celebrates local loquat trees with fresh fruit, preserves, and loquat inspired products!

Guests can enjoy presentations on growing loquats, using the fruit and leaves, and supporting sustainable local agriculture. Loquat trees of various sizes will be available for purchase, including affordable seedlings. The festival also features the Loquat Art Show and additional loquat themed activities happening throughout the week in downtown New Port Richey.
