Florida Reopening Update
Effective September 25, The State of Florida transitioned into Phase 3 of the governor’s Safe. Smart. Step-by-Step. Plan to reopen the economy. Bars, pubs and nightclubs that derive more than 50% of sales from alcohol can now operate at full capacity. Restaurants and food service establishments can now operate at 100% capacity as well as retail and gyms at full capacity. Large spectator sporting events should consider reducing capacity with limited social distancing protocols.
Executive Order – Face Coverings
Effective April 5, 2021, face masks are no longer required in public locations but are still encouraged. Pasco County continues to strongly encourage individuals who cannot social distance to wear face coverings and supports businesses displaying signs requiring face masks to be worn in business establishments to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
