The State of Florida continues to be in Phase 2 of the governor’s Safe. Smart. Step-by-Step. Plan to reopen the economy. This includes the opening of entertainment spaces at 50% capacity, restaurants at 50% capacity, and retail and gyms at full capacity. It is also recommended that social gatherings do not exceed 50 people, an upgrade from the original 10 from Phase 1.
Executive Order – Face Coverings
Effective June 25th, Pasco County requires face masks in all indoor public locations outside the home when residents are unable to maintain a six-foot separation from others. Read the full Executive Order.
Emergency Order – Bars Closed to On-Site Alcohol Consumption
Effective June 26th, The State of Florida suspended all bars from selling alcohol for consumption on the premises. Such vendors may continue to sell alcoholic beverages in sealed containers for consumption off the premises. This order does not apply to restaurants. Read the full Emergency Order.
